Our factory is located in Foshan City, China, covering an area of 30,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of 5 million square meters. We directly control the entire process from raw material procurement to finished product delivery, ensuring stable product quality.

A:We have obtained ISO 9001 certification for quality management systems, international fire resistance ratings, and ISO 14001 certification for environmental management systems. We strictly adhere to the national standards GB/T 17748-2016 (Aluminum Composite Panels for Building Curtain Walls) and GB/T 22412-2016 (Aluminum Composite Panels for General Decorative Use). Additionally, our products meet the requirements of international certifications such as EU RoHS, REACH, and US UL (see the 'Certifications and Downloads' section for details).

Q:What are the main structure and technical parameters of aluminum Composite panels?

A:Our aluminum Composite panels feature a three-layer composite structure: upper and lower layers consist of 0.5-0.8mm thick aluminum alloy panels (either pure 1100 aluminum or 3003 aluminum alloy), while the middle layer comprises high-pressure low-density polyethylene (PE) core material. The surface treatment includes fluorocarbon coating (PVDF) with an ultraviolet blockage rate exceeding 95%.

Q: Compared to aluminum panels, what advantages does aluminum Composite board have?

A: Compared to aluminum panels, aluminum plastic panels have the following advantages: Cost advantage: The price is about 30% lower than that of aluminum panels of the same specification. Lightweight: It weighs only 2/3 of aluminum panels, reducing building load.
