A:There are two methods, each suitable for different scenarios:
• Press plate (visible screw): low cost and quick installation, but the exposed screws affect aesthetics;
• Hidden hangers: fixed through edge grooves of the board, no visible screw holes, stronger wind resistance, recommended for high-rise buildings or areas prone to typhoons.
Key point: Regardless of the method used, the screws must be made of stainless steel (such as 304/316) to prevent rust and contamination of the panel surface.
Q:What considerations should be taken into account when selecting sealant?
A:Neutral weatherproof silicone sealant must be used, and attention should be paid to the following points:
✅ Compatibility: Ensure that the sealant does not undergo chemical reactions with the coating of aluminum plastic panels (such as PVDF);
