Composite panels can be shaped using CNC machinery, allowing for added relief and depth, which enhances their visual appeal. A variety of designs, patterns, sizes, and shapes can be achieved based on the tools used. Custom patterns, textures, and designs can be printed to create a unique aesthetic for building facades. These panels are also utilized in decorative elements for both interiors and exteriors, such as signage, signals, banners, partition walls, and patterned ceiling elements, adding style and sophistication to spaces.
Punching and die cutting of the composite panel：
Aluminum composite panels can be punched and die-cut using CNC machinery to adapt designs to specific project needs, ensuring a clean and precise finish. We offer various shapes and perforation patterns, including the ability to reproduce complete images like point clouds, allowing for the creation of intricate designs through diverse punching techniques.
Edging composite panel edges：
The edging encloses the panel core, protecting it from weather and enhancing the façade's clean, professional appearance. We offer three types of edges: single (hides the edge), double interior (hides the edge and part of the rear face), and double exterior (hides the edge and extends a tab to conceal joints with other panel sheets).
Curving composite panels：
Bending can occur in concave or convex directions, either vertically or horizontally, and can be applied to pieces with or without tabs, suitable for both visible and hidden installation systems.
Forming：
This process can be carried out either in a workshop or on-site, always in a clean, specially protected, and adapted environment. The shapes of the cassettes are not restricted to traditional rectangular forms; they can also be designed in 3D shapes.
